Tater Tot Casserole
Recipe for one pan. One pan serves 10
Make 10 pans for 80 people
Ingredients for 1 pan:
2 pounds ground beef
¼ cup of chopped onion
2 cans of Cream of Mushroom soup
1-pound bag of cut green beans (frozen)
2-pound bag of Tator Tots
Brown ground beef with onion in skillet until crumbly. Mix: meat, soup, and beans. Place this mixture into a 9”X 13” casserole dish and top with layer of tator tots*. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
May add a layer of cheddar cheese under tator tot layer for “Cheesy Tator Tot Casserole”
