Grandmas’ Goulash Recipe
Recipe is for one pan with 10 servings
Need 8 pans to serve 80 people
Ingredients for one pan
2 pounds of ground beef
½ cup of chopped onion
1-15 oz can of tomato sauce
1 can of whole corn (drained)
1 can of kidney beans or chili beans
3 cups of elbow macaroni (cooked)
1 cup of cheddar cheese
Brown ground beef in a skillet with the onion. Add tomato sauce, corn, and beans and simmer until heated through. Add the cooked elbow macaroni. Place the mixture into a greased 9”X 13” disposable aluminum pan. Sprinkle the top with the grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
